Sushi

I love sushi. Not really sure why. I have noticed that other runners and tri-athletes like sushi as well. Particularly if it is made with brown rice.
Once a quarter (give or take), it gives me some sort of low grade food poisoning. Made Mrs. Tripolii mad this week end because I was ill again. It lasts for about a day. Just bad enough to make me hang out and do nothing for a day. It seems almost suspiciously coincident with the weekend. Unfortunately, Saturday it rained and Sunday which was ok, I was ill all day and did nothing. No running, bikingĀ or chores. I made an effort and went to see Mrs. Tripolii at work, but the weekend was a waste.
