Finally got a run in

Finally got a three mile run in. It was painful and slow but got it done.

Focus on Quality time

The Mrs. and I have been struggling on a variety of issues.  With the advent of the exercise induced pain in both of my feet, I have taken the opportunity to spend more quality time with my wife in the evening and not exercise early in the morning.  As a result, the relationship has dramatically improved in the space of 2 weeks; however, I haven’t run or biked in 2 weeks.  So I need to figure out how to get the Mrs. back into the exercise routine.  It just hasn’t been happening since the baby was born (19 months ago).  All of the issues seemed to resolve by just spending more time together.

 She looks great and looks naturally in good shape.  I am getting fat and still cant control cholesterol and BP without meds.  The doctor tells me every visit to keep running.  Don’t have any answers.  Mrs. Tripolii is going on vacation for a week so I will get back into the groove some. We will see what happens when she gets back.  Of course the fact that I have been working approximately 60+ hours a week hasn’t helped either.
